Returns must be made within 30 days of despatch date for the full refund of the purchase price.
Products must be unused,unlaundered, undamaged in original packaging and in NEW condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a Refund request if it does not comply with our policy.
Expect a Refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days if receiving your return product.
Monogrammed orders are a final sale and we are unable to accept returns on Monogrammed items.
We cannot accept any returns on Personalised products including Embroidered, Printed Ribbon and Transfer printing, unless the item or Embroidery or printing is deemed faulty in which case we will send out a replacement once we have received the faulty item back.
